Original Ellen Negley Watercolor – Vibrant Harborside Shops, Boats & Tropical Palms
Add a splash of Florida color to your home with this Original Watercolor by Ellen Negley, featuring a lively tropical harbor filled with colorful waterfront buildings, boats, palm trees, and figures along the shoreline.
Negley is known for her distinctive use of brilliant, expressive color and her joyful interpretations of Florida and tropical coastal life. Her work transforms familiar waterfront scenes into vibrant compositions filled with movement, sunshine, and personality. Her originals currently command hundreds to well over $1,000 through her own retail channels, depending on size and subject.
The composition is particularly appealing here: the colorful boats lead the eye into the harbor while the pinks, yellows, blues, and greens of the buildings and tropical foliage create a wonderfully energetic Florida atmosphere.
